We sell a fresh, whole food product and therefore do not accept product returns. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

The 30-Day Money Back Guarantee applies to the purchase of subscriptions on the first order for new customers. Customers who purchase the ‘Monthly Nourishment Box’ will be refunded for one weeks supply.  

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method minus the cost of shipping. Please note  it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
